Predictable changes of the fourth industrial revolution require a radical rethinking of the strategic competence development in each company.
Our starting point are the – according to the WEF – most important five competencies in 2020 for all companies.
In addition to the “what”, the content side, our concept “leadership 4.0” is also taking the “how” into account. We integrated eight different success factors in a blended learning process with a focus on learning transfer.
To be in line with our self-concept as a boutique, our overall concept can be adapted specifically for each customer and implemented internationally.
