Are you looking in the rear-view mirror when designing your strategy?

Times are changing fast. VUCA is all around us.

Nevertheless when we come to help companies drafting their strategies or to implementing them, we sometimes get the impression that what they are doing  is merely trying to project the past into the future. But :

If you run a business (or a government) as if the future will look exactly like the past, you will become irrelevant.
